摘要：目的观察TPF 方案与PF 方案诱导化疗联合同期放化疗治疗局部晚期鼻咽癌的近期疗效及毒副反应。方法选取63 例初诊的局部晚期鼻咽癌患者，随机分为试验组（TPF 方案诱导化疗，31 例）和对照组（PF 方案诱导化疗，32 例），诱导化疗2 周期后均行同期放化疗，疗程结束后评价两组患者的近期疗效及毒副反应。

Abstract:

Abstract: Objective To compare the short-term efficacy and adverse reactions of TPF or PF neo-adjuvant chemotherapy combined with chemoradiotherapy in the treatment of locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods Sixty three newly diagnosed locally advanced NPC patients were randomly divided into experimental group (TPF 31 case) and control group (PF 32 case).
