摘要：目的 观察腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣修复足跟部恶性黑色素瘤扩大切除术后缺损的临床效果。方法 选取2007 年6 月~ 2012 年6 月我院收治的临床确诊足跟部恶性黑色素瘤患者32 例，行足跟部病灶扩大切除术后，依据腓肠神经营养血管解剖学特点，选择合适的腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣转移修复足跟部缺损，观察其存活率及预后情况。
Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To analyze the clinical effects of sural neurovascular flap in the repairment of heel soft tissue defects after the expanded resection of malignant melanoma on heel. Methods From June 2007 to June 2012, 32 patients diagnosed with heel malignant melanoma were selected.
