目的探究不同分子亚型同时性原发性双侧乳腺癌（SPBBC）合并骨转移的临床特征及治疗，以期为该病的早期诊治提供参考依据。方法回顾性分析我院收治的1例不同分子亚型SPBBC合并骨转移病例的诊疗过程并进行文献复习。结论不同分子亚型SPBBC合并骨转移的机制仍待进一步阐明，早期诊断和治疗至关重要，需多学科会诊，制定个体化治疗方案。

Abstract:

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and treatment of synchronous primary bilateral breast cancer (SPBBC) with different molecular subtypes and bone metastasis, and to provide a reference for the early diagnosis and treatment of the disease.Methods A case of SPBBC with different molecular subtypes and bone metastasis treated at our hospital was reported and a literature review was conducted to summarize the clinical manifestations and diagnostic and therapeutic processes of the disease.Conclusion The mechanism underlying SPBBC with different molecular subtypes and bone metastasis still need further elucidation. Early diagnosis and treatment are crucial, and a multidisciplinary approach is needed to develop individualized treatment plans.
