目的挖掘黎月恒教授治疗中晚期肺癌的用药经验并分析组方规律，为新方研发提供参考。方法收集黎月恒教授治疗中晚期肺癌患者的中药处方663首，建立方剂数据库，采用中医传承辅助平台（V2.5）进行频次统计、组方规律和新方分析。结果 663首方剂中，使用频次>100次的药物有36味，挖掘出20个核心药物组合和10个潜在新方。结论黎月恒教授治疗中晚期肺癌以益气养阴、健脾行气为主，兼顾清热解毒。利用无监督的数字挖掘系统，可有效、快速、全面、客观地分析黎月恒教授治疗中晚期肺癌的理论思想以及用药特色，实现名中医的经验传播。

Abstract:

Objective To mine the experience of Professor Li Yueheng in the treatment of advanced lung cancer and analyze the rules of prescriptions, so as to provide reference for the research and development of new prescriptions.Methods A total of 663 prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) made by Professor Li Yueheng in the treatment of advanced lung cancer were collected, and the relevant databases of prescriptions were established. Frequency statistics, rules of prescriptions and new prescriptions analysis were carried out through the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system (TCMISS).Results After analyzing the selected 663 prescriptions, 36 drugs were found being used more than 100 times, and 20 core drug combinations and 10 new prescriptions were obtained.Conclusion The treatment of Professor Li Yueheng for advanced lung cancer is mainly based on supplementing qi and nourishing yin, tonifying spleen and promoting qi, as well as heat-clearing and detoxifying. By using the unsupervised data mining system, we can effectively, rapidly, comprehensively and objectively analyze the academic thoughts and prescription characteristics of Professor Li Yueheng in the treatment of advanced lung cancer, so that we could spread the experience of famous TCM doctors.
