激素受体（HR）阳性伴人表皮生长因子受体2（HER2）阳性乳腺癌（HR+/HER2+乳腺癌）是相对特殊的分子亚型。由于针对HR+/HER2+乳腺癌的临床证据相对较少，在其治疗决策的制定上也存在一定的不确定性。本文将针对多项晚期乳腺癌临床研究的数据进行分析，权衡HR+/HER2+乳腺癌患者治疗的获益以及不良反应，以期为寻找更合适的HR+/HER2+乳腺癌治疗策略提供依据。

Abstract:

The breast cancer with hormone receptor (HR)-positive and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-positive (HR+/HER2+ breast cancer) is a relatively specific molecular subtype. Due to the relatively little clinical evidence for HR+/HER2+ breast cancer, there is also some uncertainty in the decision-making of its treatment. In this paper, we analyzed the data of multiple clinical studies on advanced breast cancer and weigh the benefits and adverse reactions of treatment for HR+/HER2+ breast cancer patients, in order to provide evidence for finding more appropriate treatment strategies for HR+/HER2+ breast cancer patients.
