摘要:

随着靶向治疗和免疫治疗的持续发展，血液肿瘤患者的治疗效果得到了显著改善。然而，新药的复杂性和个体化治疗的需求，导致患者认知负担增加，亟待建立科学且系统的患教策略。本文基于全球实践经验的总结，探讨了血液肿瘤患者免疫及靶向药物患教策略的构建模式，从精准分层教育、多学科协作、数字化赋能、心理社会支持及效果评估等方面系统分析了免疫及靶向药物患教策略的设计与实施。优化免疫及靶向药物患教策略不仅可以提高患者的治疗依从性，帮助患者更好地管理疾病，也将促进医学进步与患者福祉的双重提升。

Abstract:

The continuous advancement of targeted therapy and immunotherapy has significantly improved treatment outcomes for patients with hematologic malignancies. However, the complexity of novel agents and the demand for individualized treatment have increased patients' cognitive burden, necessitating the establishment of scientific and systematic patient education strategies. Drawing on global practical experience, this article explores models for constructing patient education strategies for immune and targeted agents in hematologic malignancies. It systematically analyzes the design and implementation of these strategies, encompassing precision-stratified education, multidisciplinary collaboration, digital empowerment, psychosocial support, and outcome evaluation. Optimizing patient education strategies for immune and targeted agents can not only enhance treatment adherence and empower patients in disease management but also promote the dual enhancement of medical progress and patient well-being.
