铁死亡是一种铁离子依赖并以脂质过氧化为特征的细胞死亡方式，在结直肠癌（CRC）发生和发展过程中发挥重要作用。铁死亡不仅参与CRC细胞的增殖、侵袭和转移过程，还在免疫微环境的重塑中发挥重要作用。此外，诱导铁死亡可有效逆转化疗、靶向治疗和免疫治疗产生的耐药性，提高治疗响应率。因此，深入揭示铁死亡的相关机制及其信号网络，将为CRC治疗策略的开发提供理论支撑和转化基础。

Abstract:

Ferroptosis, an iron-dependent form of cell death characterized by lipid peroxidation, plays a crucial role in the development and progression of colorectal cancer (CRC). Ferroptosis is not only involved in the proliferation, invasion, and metastasis of CRC cells but also significantly contributes to the remodeling of the tumor immune microenvironment. Moreover, inducing ferroptosis has been shown to overcome therapeutic resistance to chemotherapy, targeted therapy, and immunotherapy, thereby improving treatment response rates. Therefore, a deeper understanding of the mechanisms and signaling networks related to ferroptosis will provide theoretical support and a translational foundation for the development of novel CRC treatment strategies.
