目的制定肿瘤医院无饿病房管理规范专家共识（简称“共识”），规范肿瘤医院无饿病房的建设、管理等流程。方法以循证方法为指导，通过文献检索、文献质量评价等方法形成肿瘤医院无饿病房管理规范共识初稿，经专家函询并召开专家论证会，结合专家意见整理和完善共识内容，形成共识终稿。结果共识包括医院设施管理、团队管理、流程管理、感控管理、质量管理5个一级条目。结论该共识可为肿瘤医院无饿病房的规范化、制度化管理提供指导依据，为全国无饿病房的建设及推广提供参考。

Abstract:

Objective To develop an expert consensus on the management standards for hunger-free (malnutrition-free) wards in oncology hospitals (hereinafter referred to as the "Consensus"), and to standardize establishment and management processes of these wards.Methods Guided by evidence-based methods, a preliminary draft of the Consensus on the management of hunger-free wards in oncology hospitals was formulated through literature retrieval and quality evaluation. This draft underwent expert consultation via a Delphi process and was subsequently discussed at an expert panel meeting. The consensus content was refined and finalized based on expert feedback.Results The finalized Consensus comprises five primary domains: hospital facility management, team management, process management, infection control management, and quality management.Conclusion This Consensus provides guidance for the standardized and systematic management of hunger-free wards in oncology hospitals. It serves as a reference for the establishment and nationwide implementation of hunger-free wards.
